4月25日美国一项调查报告显示，2018年至2023年间，美国新墨西哥州一家名为“Spa A”的无证美容院提供的富血小板血浆微针美容服务（俗称“吸血鬼面膜”）引发了一系列HIV感染（艾滋病病毒感染）事件。

美国疾病控制与预防中心和新墨西哥州卫生部门对此进行了深入调查，发现5例HIV感染与该美容院的服务有关。

做“吸血鬼面膜”后

同一美容院牵出5例HIV病例

首例感染发生在2018年夏季，一位40多岁女性在海外旅行期间被诊断出HIV阳性。该女性除了同年在上述美容院接受过“吸血鬼面膜”治疗外，没有注射毒品、近期输血或与其现任伴侣外性接触等其他HIV感染风险。

在随后的调查中，美国卫生部门通过交叉参考客户名单和新墨西哥州HIV登记记录，识别出59名可能接触过感染风险的美容院客户，其中包括20名接受过“吸血鬼面膜”治疗的客户和39名接受过其他注射服务（如肉毒杆菌素）的客户。截至2023年春季，共确认了5例与“Spa A”相关的HIV病例，包括4名女性和1名男性（其中1名女性的性伴侣，并未直接接受美容院服务）。

一美容院为顾客做“吸血鬼面膜”

病毒序列分析显示，这5名患者的HIV病毒株非常相似，其中两名患者患有HIV-1期，3名患者在诊断时患有HIV-3期。此外，调查人员还对198名前美容院客户及其性伴侣进行了HIV检测，所幸未发现新的HIV、乙型肝炎或丙型肝炎感染。可由于HIV病毒平均潜伏期是2到10年，调查人员目前无法排除是否还有未诊断的客户存在。

据报道，所谓的“吸血鬼面膜”，又叫富血小板血浆微针、自体干细胞面膜技术，是一种微针美容护肤治疗。它是通过抽掉人体自身的部分血液，分离出血小板，制作出富含血小板的高浓度血浆，然后再注射到脸部皮肤下面，从而促进皮肤细胞再生来减少皱纹。这种技术在上世纪90年代被研发出来，如今已在世界多个地区广泛应用。

美国娱乐圈名人金·卡戴珊便是这种美容项目的忠实用户，早在2013年，她就在社交媒体上晒出自己做完“吸血鬼面膜”后满脸血迹的照片。
