“五一”假期来临，部分高校出于学生安全考虑发布通知，严禁以班级、学院名义组织外出旅游，也反对学生自行组织租车外出、团体旅游。同时，不少学校建议学生“与家人朋友结伴出行”。

　　据兰州交通大学网站消息，兰州交通大学学生工作部（处）4月25日发出2024年劳动节假期学生安全教育管理的相关通知称，学校反对学生自行组织租车外出、团体旅游或骑自行车远游。特别提醒学生不乘坐非法客运车辆，严禁私自或组团包车外出。

　　江苏师范大学外国语学院4月25日也作出《关于做好“五一”假期学生安全教育工作的通知》，严禁任何班级在假期中间以集体名义组织学生外出旅游，对以社团或个人名义招揽、组织学生外出旅游的行为要坚决制止。严禁学生与个体、私人车辆联系包车返乡或旅游。

　　成都理工大学机电工程学院4月26日发出《关于加强学生“五一”假期安全工作的通知》提出，任何人不得以任何理由以集体名义组织学生外出观光旅游（包括各种形式的自助游），学生外出及回家须向班主任履行请、销假手续。

　　江苏工程职业技术学院4月24日也发出通知称，所有学生不得以任何形式私自组织包车、旅游活动等。学院、班级不组织任何形式的集体出游、踏青等活动，学生个人出游的，也应在确保自身安全的情况下进行，对自身安全负责。

　　中南大学公共管理学院4月23日在《关于做好2024年劳动节假期学生安全工作的通知》中要求，各班原则上不得组织去外地开展学生集体活动，不提倡学生集体到外地游玩。

　　有的高校虽未禁止学生自发组织的团体旅游，但是严格限定须当日返校。

　　西安科技大学《关于学生外出旅游的若干规定（试行）》规定，学生自发组织的群体外出旅游活动不得少于五人，且须向学院申报，经同意后，方可进行，组织者负责安全工作。辅导员和学院负责人应按就近、就简、安全无险的条件审批。所有外出旅游者必须遵守不得在外留宿、当日晚十点前返校、责任自负的规定。

　　山东大学信息科学与工程学院2019年3月发布《关于规范学生干部组织外出活动的规定》，也对学生临时组团旅游作了具体规定：以集体的名义（包括以年级、班级、宿舍、临时团体、院级学生机构各个基层部门的名义）组织学生外出实习、旅游、活动，包括假期中组织这样的活动，必须向有关辅导员或分管老师提前申请，活动计划必须提前报备审查。由普通同学发起的临时团体，也应当按照此规定办理。对于上述集体外出的活动，除经学院领导特别批准外，必须由教师带队方可成行，没有教师带队的，必须通过学院指定的有资质的旅游公司组团，组团要有书面协议，协议书要经过教师批准。

　　目前既有高校严格限制学生自行组团外出旅游，也有高校提倡学生外出时结伴而行，不单独外出旅游。北京大学学生工作部今年4月26日在《五一假期安全提示》中建议学生“与家人朋友结伴出行”。北京理工大学光电学院4月25日也提醒，长途旅程的同学应尽量结伴而行，建议不要单独外出，不要与不熟悉的人员外出。

　　河南省驻马店职业技术学院4月23日已要求，学生外出、外宿和远游一定要告知亲属，外出旅游一定要结伴外出，不得单独外出旅游或者会见不熟悉的网友。安徽工程大学也作出《五一假期安全提示》称，外出旅游不单独行动。重庆理工大学4月24日发出通知，引导教育学生外出时结伴而行。

　　此外，另有高校提倡学生“五一”假期就在校内活动。兰州工业学院4月23日在《关于做好劳动节放假前后学生安全稳定工作的通知》中表示，严禁任何组织和个人组织学生集体外出旅游、参加商业性庆典、演出等活动；提倡学生在校内以小型分散的方式，开展丰富多彩的户外文体活动，以文明、健康的形式过节。
