来自哈尔滨市松北区政府最新消息，4人被采取刑事强制措施。

天眼新闻关注到，这并不是偶发事件，5月8日，天眼新闻“天眼问政”栏目接到网友爆料称，贵阳市南明区一小区某业主在房屋装修过程中私自拆除承重墙，引发同单元居民恐慌（此前消息：贵阳一小区业主私拆承重墙？相关部门：将核实并查处）。

4人被采取刑事强制措施

据央视新闻客户端消息，5月9日，哈尔滨市松北区利民学苑小区租户私拆承重墙事件发生后，哈尔滨市委市政府高度重视，成立事件调查组，市区两级组建工作专班，连夜对该事件进行调查处置。相关调查、监测、处置工作正在有序进行中。

事件发生后，松北区第一时间建立应急处置工作专班，开展应急处置工作，涉事居民已全部转移安置。成立了15个工作组，逐户走访，并设立专门咨询接待处，由专家、律师、医护人员和相关专业干部接待解答居民疑问，全力做好居民生活服务保障。

同时，委托国家和省级权威检测机构开展调查、鉴定、处置等全面技术工作。根据检测机构和专家组意见，对拆改的墙体采取局部支护等应急处置措施，防止结构构件损伤及变形进一步发展。

公安机关现已依法对4名相关责任人采取刑事强制措施。

下一步将依据权威检测机构出具的技术报告，制定相应方案，依法维护居民合法权益。

200余户居民连夜疏散

4月28日，黑龙江哈尔滨市松北区一小区多名业主爆料称，有租户私自拆除承重墙，导致相邻楼层相继出现裂缝，整栋楼200余户居民被连夜紧急疏散。通过拍摄的现场照片可以看到，正在装修的是3楼的室内，多面墙体被拆除，其中一面墙体成片的钢筋裸露在外。而受影响的多是这栋楼的4层到21层，有高层业主晒出自家墙体的开裂情况，墙皮大块脱落，墙上的缝隙清晰可见。
