近日一段网络视频显示，4月4号，在广州花都区的一家游乐园里，一名游客在玩蹦极项目时被悬吊在了半空中，随后经过工作人员一番操作后，这名游客被拉回到了高空平台上。4月6日，记者从花都区相关部门了解到，当天广州融创乐园景区内的游乐设施“花都之星-高空蹦极”设备回收系统钢丝绳局部受力点突发断裂，造成高空滞留1人。事发后，该设备操作员及时展开手动装置进行应急救援，经过10分钟的紧急救援，将游客成功救回到安全平台并脱离安全防护装置。

该事情发生后，花都区有关部门负责人第一时间到达现场，指挥事故的应急救援工作，并协助做好游客的安抚工作。游客无受伤情况，情绪稳定。花都区有关部门目前已责令融创乐园暂停该设备运营，对园内特种设备进行全面排查。
